The mission of MALEA is to promote understanding and compassion between Law Enforcement and the Community through education and training; to promote diversity and equity in the field of Law Enforcement; to defend the rights of Law Enforcement Officers and the Citizens alike; to ensure the welfare of ALL Law Enforcement Professionals and to provide support for their careers.
